My name is Jim Palmer Jr. and I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993 in the Spokane and Deer Park area where I have specialized in rural homes and farms and helping clients develop raw ground. My other real estate experience has been with rental managment, commercial, rental income properties, lake properties and residential homes. I believe in offering quality service without the high pressure and the "bull". My wife of 24 years, Sue works as my assistant. We have both lived in the local area for many years, so we know the local neighborhoods, the lakes, the weather, the economy and the real estate market in our primary market from Spokane the the Canadian border.
